Terms & Conditions — AGG Group Design Centre Launch Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is promoted by AGG Group, Unit 15, Dakota Business Park, Liverpool, L19 2QR.
2. Entry into the prize draw is free and open to registered attendees of the AGG Group Design Centre Opening on Thursday 17th September 2026, 1:00pm – 8:00pm.
3. Entry is limited to practicing architects and developers only. AGG Group reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not meet this criteria.
4. All attendees must be aged 18 or over.
5. To enter, attendees must register via the official landing page at agg.group, providing their full name, contact details and dietary requirements for catering purposes. Architects may register guests on their behalf, including dietary requirements for each member of their party.
6. Online registration closes at midnight on Tuesday 15th September 2026. This is required to confirm catering numbers. Late registrations cannot be accepted.
7. Each registered guest will receive one unique raffle code upon completion of registration. There is a limit of one entry per person.
8. Raffle tickets are only activated upon arrival at the event on the day. Registered guests who do not attend will not be entered into the draw.
9. Registration on the day closes at 6:30pm. Arrivals after 6:30pm will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
10. The prize draw will take place at 7:00pm. Winners must be present at the time of the announcement. If the drawn winner is not present, a redraw will take place. AGG Group reserves the right to redraw up to three times before moving to the next prize.
11. The prizes are as follows — Prize 1: Porsche Track Day including luxury meal. The winner must hold a full valid UK driving licence at the time of redemption. Prize 2: Carden Park Hotel Spa Day. Prize 3: Luxury Dining Voucher worth £350.
12. All prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of the event date. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
13. AGG Group accepts no liability if a prize is withdrawn, amended or cancelled by the prize supplier. In such circumstances AGG Group will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative.
14. By registering your attendance, you consent to AGG Group using your data for event management purposes only. Your details will not be passed to any third party without your consent.
15. AGG Group may use photography and video taken at the event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of the AGG team on arrival.
16. AGG Group's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
